What We Do
Energy Performance Certificates
Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) are needed whenever a property is:
You must order an EPC for potential buyers and tenants before you market your property to sell or rent.
An EPC contains:
- Information about a property’s energy use and typical energy costs
- Recommendations about how to reduce energy use and save money
An EPC gives a property an energy efficiency rating from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient) and it is valid for 10 years.
Energy efficency is a key factor influencing the sale price of most residential dwellings in England.

Green Deal Assessments
As independent assessors we provide a professional approach and a service which is impartial.
This allows our customers to choose the option of green deal installer and provider that best suits their needs.
We also provide advice and recommendations which may be outside the scope of a green deal plan.

This gives you the flexibility to place your property with any agent you choose throughout the sales process and is likely to save you money.
Before you rent a property it is a legal requirement to obtain an EPC we offer a fast efficient and highly competitive service.
We can arrange discounted fees for multiple orders of EPCs placed on the same day.
We carry full professional and public liability insurance.
Did you know that there are tax allowances available to Landlords who make energy efficiency improvements to their properties, also known as the Landlords Energy Savings Allowance?
